LQuin® 750 contains levofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic with activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial replication and survival.

The medication is widely used in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia, acute bacterial sinusitis, complicated urinary tract infections, pyelonephritis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, skin and soft tissue infections, and other infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
