How to Prepare for a Consultation with Dr. Ken

Proper preparation ensures a clear, focused, and productive consultation. Good sound, stable connection, and readiness with questions and lab results help Dr. Ken analyze your case accurately and use the time efficiently. A calm environment and attentive listening make it easier to understand explanations and follow the treatment plan correctly

Before the Consultation

Use a computer or laptop – this ensures good video and sound quality and allows you to clearly see any documents that Dr. Ken may show during the sessio

Connect headphones with a microphone – for clear, stable sound without echo and with good audibility

Check your internet connection in advance

Prepare a notebook or notepad – write down all the questions you would like to ask the doctor beforehan

Be ready to resend your lab results if needed or share your screen via Google Meet to show any test results you did not have time to send before the consultation

During the Consultation

Try to get answers to all your questions during the session.
After the consultation, you can contact the assistant for clarifications, but it may take some time to receive a response

Do not try to write down the list of tests or medications.
Everything the doctor prescribes (tests, treatments, and recommendations) will be provided to you in a PDF file after the consultation

Focus on what the doctor explains, especially when discussing laboratory tests, medications, and treatment sequences

You may take short notes if you want to remember specific explanations or observation

What Not to Do

Do not interrupt the doctor while he is reviewing laboratory tests.
Important because it prevents distraction and helps him fully concentrate on understanding your results. All questions can be asked afterward

Avoid using a phone if possible – the screen is small and the sound quality is often poor.

Do not have multiple people speaking at the same time during the call

Avoid background noise and distractions (messages, sounds, or movement around you)
